From Naples and Bari, take the Highway A16 Naples-Bari, take the exit to Grottaminarda, then go on following road directions to Ariano Irino;

From Rome, take the Highway A1 Rome – Naples, exit to Caianello and follow the signs to the Highway A16 Naples – Bari. Take the exit to Grottaminarda, then go on following road directions to Ariano Irpino.
